Tofu<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 tbs. green onion ( finely chopped)<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 tbs.  carrot ( finely chopped )<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 tbs. Shiitake mushrooms ( finely chopped)<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 tbs. light soy sauce <\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tbs. sweet soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp. salt &#038; pepper <\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp. ginger<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp. garlic<\/li>\n<li>Wonton skins ( trim the end out )<\/li>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/airthaicooking.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/IMG_6614-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"525\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-955\" srcset=\"https:\/\/airthaicooking.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/IMG_6614-1024x768.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/airthaicooking.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/IMG_6614-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/airthaicooking.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/IMG_6614-768x576.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"recsubtitle\">Dipping sauce <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tbs. sweet soy sauce <\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. Mirin <\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 tsp. rice vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. light soy sauce <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"recsubtitle\">Direction<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Soaked dried Shiitake mushrooms in the water until softened. <\/li>\n<li>To make the filing crumbles the tofu to small pieces by hands.<\/li>\n<li>Finely shopped carrot, shiitake mushrooms, spring onions. <\/li>\n<li>Marinated the filing with soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, Mirin, ginger, garlic salt and pepper.
