My cooking story<\/span>

\nI love and enjoy cooking a lot. I think I got it from my mom.
\nShe had a local street foods restaurant. She never ever measurements any ingredients. Just using her experience and is always came out as a professional.I always miss her every time when i cook

Who have been my significant inspiration ?<\/span><\/em>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In My childhood the first thing when I got home from school. I always directly go to the kitchen and finished what she have in my Mom's pantry and get started to work as a sous chef.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

  • I learn how to crack an eggs when I was two and a half.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • prepare all kind of vegetables and my favorite one is Onion because it made me cried like a water tank \ud83d\ude1b<\/span><\/li>\n
  • A thousand times of Pounding curry pastes from scratch by mortar and pestle
    \nbecause she using them in her restaurant everyday.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • she using the old style stove and my job had to keep the fire on. Whitch is was accented Burn my Mom Pottery many time.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Until now,she had been changing from 30 years street foods seller and became a vegetarian.
    \nShe not just expert homemade Thai chefs but she is the highly technical who convincing me from laziness and turn out a little chef who love to cook from my soul.
