Thai Sukiyaki soup

The name of The soup is from a Japanese pop Song called "Sukiyaki" in 1957 which was a worldwide hit in that time. Thai Sukiyaki ( or suki soup in short) soup is generally serve in a pot in the middle of the table for a big group of people in restaurants just like hot pot in Chinese and Shabu Shabu in Japanese style.
The favorites version of Suki are "veggie and noodles sukiyaki stire fried"and" Suki soup" the main Ingredients are broth,vegetables,mushroom,seafoods or meat,eggs,noodles( woon sen) and the sauce is the key delicious of the dish.

Ingredients
- 300 g chicken ( thigh or breast)
- 500 ml. vegetable broth
- 3 mushrooms
- 4 shrimps,tofu or any meat you like.
- 2 slice of cabbage
- 6 slice of carrots
- 1 egg
- 1/2 glass noodle ( woon sen)

Suki Sauce
- 3 tbs. Lobo suki sauce
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 red chili
- fresh coriander( Cilantros )

Direction

1. Bring the pot of broth to boil.
2. Add carrot, cabbage and boil until is soft around 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the meat 2-3 minutes or until is cook thorough.
4. Add shrimps and glass noodle.
5. Add beaten egg and let it cook for a few minutes.
6. Scoop the soup into individual bowls,and serve with suki sauce.
