Mortar and pestle
Is very important authentic equipment in Thai cooking to prepare ingredients especially for curry paste by grinding and crushing into fine paste. We also grinding some spices into a powder, fresh herbs. Why we using mortar and pestle not the blender ??? Because the flavor and aroma will come up more and this is also good exercise 😉
